  24. I've had the 33k6 upgrade for my (non ISDN) Courier since September, and
  25. that is a UK version obtained perfectly legally from US Robotics UK.

  27. I suspect it is some other feature of the code that is bothering ITAR, maybe
  28. some form of encryption - that usually does it!
